For the past two hours, I’ve been trying to find a photo of an attractive Japanese young man in a yukata – or some other traditional attire – posed in some capacity in front of a Japanese breakfast. It does not exist anywhere on the internet. Most of the photos out there are of awkward white tourists, or older Japanese guys.

I found one that might have worked, but it’s of a straight guy and there’s no way to ask his permission to use it.

I had a great caption to go with it, and just nothing. Damn you Google Image Search and Flickr, you failed me.
