I was gonna ask, do you have a DeviantArt? I have some longer smutty stories written there if you’re interested. My profile is Kaleidoscopicdoom, and well all my stuff is labeled “mature content” for a reason lol.

I admit, I’m just a little flustered. I’ll write something long and romantic and only see the photo reblogged from me with the story removed. It kinda sucks and it’s been a bit of a mood killer. Hence why the captions have just kinda stopped. 🙁

How many followers do you have? Probably a couple hundred right? Don’t write for the people who reblog it and remove the story. That can’t be more than five people, why obsess over them? For perspective, the majority of my Tumblr followers never like or reblog anything I write. Only a fraction show up on my dashboard and it’s the same names over and over (which I love to see). When I released Sticking the Landing, a bunch of lurkers came out of the woodwork and it surprised me. You might not even be able to see your dedicated readers, but you should write for them. Plus even if they relog it without the story, your text addition will be in that post’s history and other users made get curious and click through.

Btw – you guys should definitely check out Nate’s Deviantart stuff if you have a log in to get past the adult content filter. Some hot bondage stories on there…
